Mr. Bostwick is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City, Utah law firm of Bostwick & Price, P.C., and a former shareholder in the Salt Lake City law firms of Babcock Bostwick Scott Crawley & Price and Walstad & Babcock. His law practice is primarily devoted to all aspects of construction contracting, claims resolution, construction litigation and construction arbitration. He has litigated and arbitrated many cases involving the interests of owners, architects and engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and construction managers.

In addition, Mr. Bostwick has consulted with clients and litigated cases regarding labor and employment issues (such as non-competition agreements, wage & hour matters, employee handbooks, drug testing, union/management relations, etc.), contractor and trade licensing, Occupational Safety and Health matters, trade-name infringement and other business organization issues, real estate matters, environmental matters, and insurance coverage.

Mr. Bostwick has written numerous articles for several publications, such as the Intermountain Contractor, covering a wide range of topics relevant to the construction industry, and is an experienced local, regional and national seminar speaker. He has assisted in writing several other works and publications on construction law and claims topics, including a construction law manual and co-authoring a Utah mechanic' lien law manual. Mr. Bostwick is experienced with computer applications in the legal field including docketing, litigation control and support, legal research, document management, discovery production and analysis, etc.
