Law Practice - Mr. Price is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City, Utah law firm of Bostwick & Price, P.C., and a former shareholder in the Salt Lake City law firms of Babcock Bostwick Scott Crawley & Price and Walstad & Babcock. Mr. Price's practice is devoted to litigation, arbitration and mediation involving all manner of labor and employment disputes. Mr. Price's practice involves the representation of employers in matter of traditional labor law, including unfair labor practice cases, representation cases, union organizing and salting campaigns, collective bargaining, collective bargaining agreement arbitration and litigation, and related matters. Mr. Price's practice is also involves the representation of employers in all manner of employment law disputes, including wrongful termination and employment at-will, employment policy and handbook development, OSHA cases, Wage and Hour cases, employment discrimination cases, affirmative action and OFCCP compliance, worker's compensation and virtually all other matters relating to the employer/employee relationship. Mr. Price's practice involves representation of clients in the construction and transportation industries, as well as retail merchandising, manufacturing, distributing, and other business enterprises and industries.
In addition, Mr. Price is engaged in representing construction industry companies in connection with construction and design contract disputes, delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, mechanic's liens, payment and performance bond claims and many other construction related matters (both private and public works contracts); representing the interests of owners, design professionals, construction managers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and sureties. Mr. Price's practice also includes drafting and preparation of construction contracts and construction documents relating to commercial, heavy industrial and residential construction, and general business, real estate and commercial law matters.
Construction Background - Mr. Price worked for five years as an engineering and survey technician and draftsman for a HVAC Mechanical and Civil/Structural design consultants. Mr. Price worked for nearly three years as a tradesman on both commercial and residential construction projects.
